We supported Caribou on a show in Stockholm once...I remember not being into the music and being irritated about the venue cutting down our set time and staff being a bit stressed out etc.
Anyway days weeks and couple years later I stumble apon this wicked video and great song that blows my mind! I think I will go and listen to there album now.

We get the question about Swedish bands alot...which we like the most and especially why there are so many etc.
Anyway I have different possible answers that I alternate to why so many bands come out of Sweden but honestly I dont know.....but its a bit boring to say that I simply don't know why. I feel like there must be one divine answer that should satisfy all journalist. Anyway thinking about it I would say that Peter Bjorn and John are great songwriters and I cant stop listening to them at the moment!

I think I heard Mariam from WildBirds& Peacedrums sing for the first time when I was 15 years old.
I was really struck by her presence and she was and still is a real natural performer. Would love to see there show someday soon.
